Q1. What is your return and refund policy?

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item of complaint, we will process your return. Please allow four (4) days from the date of receiving your item to be processed. Your return  refund may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed.

To help assure paid online or paid in person on-time pick-up during the busy holiday season, place your order at least 2 days prior to the following major holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Easter, Administrative Professionals Week, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Independence Day and Labor Day. Our pick-up location will always be closed on the following holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Easter, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day.

Q8. What are SS Baskets, LLC's location and pickup hours?

520 GA. HWY. 247 S. Bonaire, Ga. 31088, When picking up an order, you must have the confirmation number, ID, and signature. The pick-up hours are Monday-Saturday, 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Q10. How are your ribbon bows packaged?

All ribbon bows are shipped to you pre-assembled and have a tie-on ready for your gift-giving needs. Use the contact us form to place a request for larger quantity orders.

Q11. Can I request a themed ribbon to be added to a gift order? And what is the charge?

Yes, add a choice themed ribbon at checkout. there is on charge to add a themed ribbon to order only one per order.

All ribbon bows are shipped to you pre-assembled and with a tie ready for your gift-giving.
